You can’t always win but you can always enjoy your best try

Some of the memories I have from the last National Senior Championships.

I thank God for everything He has done with me so far. I lost a meet today, but with Him I’ve won confidence, love, purpose and every day He has helped me to learn a little bit more.

I knew the path to return to track and field would be full of obstacles, but I also knew I was gonna walk through all of them with His hand in my life.

This is just the beginning. I’ll work stronger. I won’t give up.

All the glory was, is and will be to God. ❤

Special thanks to Takeshi who wrote this quote from Japan the exact same day I won silver in my country. 🙂
