One year with @blogilates (#28dayreset & #piit28) helped me achieve this! I’ve lost 20kg (44lb) and got so much strength and flexibility at the same time! I finally can do a push-up but also got my splits back! The only “problem” I have now is that my jeans don’t fit anymore. πŸ˜‚ But that isn’t a problem if we compare how bad my chances were to suffer a breathing failure or falling once and for all in diabetes.
