I’m still working on doing my morning routine fast, I just take too many pauses but at least I’m trying not to avoid anything since I’m not going out this month. I start with Pilates, finally ended the body parts challenges so, today I started with #piit28. Next, I cool down with yoga. And after, I stretch in one or two poses for 3 minutes. Right now, forward fold is my favorite to release tension in my back. Since my body is still warm at this point, I upload my daily Instagram photo and write the caption and like my feed and answer comments and send video responses through direct messages. Then, my body is pretty room temperature, so I can take a shower. And finally get my clothes on. And this month I’m adding the hair and makeup! The longest routine ever but hopefully, gets easier and faster! What’s your morning routine!? #pretzelpose
