This is my triangle flow yoga practice from the times I started getting myself into yoga!
I started to film myself while practicing yoga because I was trying to get into a yoga challenge on Instagram, lol.
But I knew that doing only the pose for the picture won’t get any change within me, I needed to try to link the poses and understand how my body felt getting into the right asanas.
That’s why the change between the asanas doesn’t look as polish as it needs to be, I’m still trying to figure out what to do but always honoring my limits and how my body felt.
Since my yoga knowledge at this point was limited, I tried to link the asanas that I knew with the movements that I had.
I bet you recognized the way I got into the standing forward fold from my last post.
And since I wasn’t as flexible as needed to perform the triangle pose (and I was wearing jeans instead of Popflex, lol), I tried to apply the same principle of doing everything and left the knee stretching to the end to get into the pose. 🙂
I know that this is a super short flow still, but it’s very powerful because you will feel how your legs get a better range of movement and it’s quite nice to start linking everything you know about yoga, even if it’s a little bit. 🙂
