Farewell, 2023! Thank you for everything.

I documented this year in video and photos, again. And as I stopped to analyze 2022, I want to write every thing I did, I accomplished, I learned and I suffered this 2023.

There has been so many learnings that would be almost impossible to find just one quote that summarizes these 365 days but if I really get into it and choose one, maybe I’ll choose “God is present every day, mom is present every day, you should be present every day”. The people that love you the most in this world are present for you every day and your love for yourself and for them should be able to develop in the same way that you are able to be present every day. Therefore, love is not a feeling but a compromise and an action. ❤

Without furder ado, I share with you my 2023 recap and everything that came true this year:

  58. I understood elegance is a way to tell the world you’re worth it and that you’re never overdresses for anything if the quality standard is in your interior. In your interior is God so you’re allowed to dress like the daughter of The King.
  59. I understood the selfcare routine is daily from a certain age, not weekly.
  60. I knew frequency was more powerful than a great try every once in a while, so I developed a dumbbell exercises routine for me. The series and repetitions increase by one from 1×5 to 5×20 with the goal in mind to develop discipline and frequency.

I learned that my instict will tell me what’s best for me right now, and it’s possible that it’s the right thing for my current circumstances, but the majority of the times will not be the best for my future self. That instict has to learn to discern with your strategy for the future to know if that current decision will create an obstacle for you or not.
  74. I also learned that so many things happening are not really that, a lot of times a certain situation is an undercover gift to help you understand another situation.
