WHAT’S YOUR BEST ADVICE TO SOMEONE FEELING STUCK? My best advice to someone feeling stuck is to remember that to move your entire body forward, you first need to stick your foot in the ground. If there was no friction between your foot and the ground, you’d fall. But if you stuck your foot, your entire body can move forward. So, if you feel stuck, there is a great chance your entire system is moving forward in other areas. Admire your entire panorama, be patient and keep going. #TheQueithShow #straddlepose

WHAT WAS THE BEST THING ABOUT THE EATING PLAN? The best thing about the #28DayReset eating plan is that I don’t have to worry about what to eat for a month or even the possibility to think I’ll “starve” because I don’t have any food available to eat. Basically, what I have to do is to mix and match all the ingredients of the list and that’s it. Joining the challenge is a no brainer, since Cassey is a biology pro and Erin is a med + biology pro, I know that the entire list are the best choices a human can take, I trust the food on that list is what my body needs. Work and research has been done, I only need to choose what I like and mix and match. I really think that’s the best thing, knowing you still have so many options it’s very convenient for somebody who used to live on sugar like me. #TheQueithShow #upwarddog
